Cancellation Policy
Our clients are the most important part of our mission and brand. Therefore, we have outlined the following cancellation policyto ensure we maintain availability for those clients who may need additional options for scheduled date(s)/time(s).
Therefore, we ask all clients to provide our office a minimum of 24 hours' notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, or a no-show, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50 (your deposit).
If you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes past the originally scheduled time, we may need you to reschedule to prevent affecting other clients scheduled appointments and services.
